Dr. med. Eduard Haefliger, founder and director of LASER VISTA clinics, enjoys an outstanding reputation that extends far beyond Switzerland's borders as a pioneer of refractive surgery and as a successful eye specialist with more than 20 years’ experience.
Since 1978, he has given well over 100 presentations at national and international conferences. Dozens of publications containing results of his research and practical activities, and excerpts from his books have been published nationally and internationally.
Since 1993, Dr. med. Eduard Haefliger has been a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Annual Meeting of German Ophthalmic Surgeons (DOC) and of the Programme Committee of the Annual Meeting of operating German Ophthalmic Surgeons. He has been Chairman of the Film Commission of this scientific panel since 1994.
